The Sarawak Civil Service (SCS) to form Innovative Creative Circle (ICC) groups and participate in the Sarawak Civil Service Innovation Convention Awards (SCSICA) 2024 which will be held from 21th - 25th October 2024 at Pullman Hotel Kuching.
