KUCHING: Sarawak Premier, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Openg took the opportunity to visit the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House hosted by the Sarawak State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki at his residence here, on Tuesday.
The arrival of the Premier of Sarawak at 8.03 p.m. was warmly welcomed by Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar and his wife, Datin Amar Baduyah Bujang along with their family members.
During the open house, the family of Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar also presented a souvenir and took commemorative photos with Datuk Patinggi Abang Zohari.
Also present at the open house were Deputy Minister in the Sarawak Premier's Department (Law, MA63 and State-Federal Relations), Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali, Sarawak Deputy State Secretary (Economic Planning and Development), Datu Dr Muhammad Abdullah Zaidel and his wife, Chairman of the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), Tan Sri Datuk Amar (Dr) Abdul Aziz Dato Husain, and the Mayor of Kuching North City Commission (DBKU), Hilmy Othman.
Earlier, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar also had the opportunity to welcome and greet guests who began arriving as early as 7 p.m. before the arrival of the Premier of Sarawak. -UKASnews
