KUCHING: The Ambassador of Ireland to Malaysia, Orla Tunney arrived in Kuching today for a three-day official working visit.

She landed at the Kuching International Airport (KIA) at 4 p.m. and was welcomed by the Chairman of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) Board of Directors, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong Matjeraie, and Vice-Chancellor of UNIMAS, Professor Dr. Ahmad Hata Rasit.

On Thursday, she is scheduled to attend a meeting with Sarawak Minister for Education, Innovation and Talent Development, Dato Sri Roland Sagah Wee Inn at the LCDA Tower at 8.45 a.m.

Following this, she will visit the Natural History Museum at the Kuching Cultural Park.

After that, Orla and her delegation will continue their working visit at UNIMAS in Kota Samarahan.

On Friday, she is scheduled to meet with the Director of the Sarawak Foundation, Mersal Abang Rosli at Wisma Adenan at 9.30 a.m.

She will then return to Kuala Lumpur on a commercial flight at 4.35 p.m. -UKASnews
