KUCHING: The second day of the Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) 2024 brought even more excitement as audiences were mesmerised by a rich variety of performances that celebrated music from every corner of the globe.
The lineup for Day 2 consisted of Alena Murang, Tuni Sundatang, Imarhan, Nini, and Dato Zainal Abidin, who continued to enchant festival-goers from all walks of life.
Despite the pouring rain, guests continued to dance and revel in the vibrant tapestry of cultures showcased on stage.
Alena Murang opened the stage with her renowned number, 'Liling,' which became the highlight of her performance as guests were seen dancing along to the Orang Ulu choreography, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
Hailing from the Land Below the Wind, Tuni Sundatang electrified the venue with their unique blend of traditional and contemporary music, leaving the crowd hungry for more.
Algeria's desert rock quintet, Imarhan, mesmerized the crowd with their rare and captivating Maghreb pop performance, leaving the audience in a trance.
The atmosphere reached its peak when Nini took the stage with their folk metal sound, captivating many new fans and adding an exciting twist to the event.
Lastly, Malaysia's own Dato Zainal Abidin gave his all during the closing of RWMF Day 2, inviting fans young and old to join in jamming to his songs.
