BINTULU: Sarawak Premier, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Openg, chaired the 87th Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) Board of Directors meeting at Wisma Bintulu, Jalan Tanjung Kidurong, on Wednesday.

Also in attendance were BDA Deputy Chairman, Dato Haidar Khan Asghar Khan, Sarawak Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki, Sarawak Financial Secretary, Dato Sri Dr Wan Lizozman Wan Omar, and Bintulu Division Resident, Datu Nyurak Keti.

Joining them were BDA General Manager, Datu Muhamad Yakup Kari, along with state department directors and BDA senior management.

Upon arrival, Datuk Patinggi Abang Zohari was welcomed by BDA staff before posing for a group photograph with board members and signing the visitor’s book.

It was understood that the meeting was attended exclusively by board members without external participation.

The session took place a day after the Premier attended the Sarawak-level Malaysia Day celebration at the Old Airport site in Bintulu. -UKASnews
