KUCHING: Sarawak Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki received a courtesy visit from the Sarawak Public Service Commission (SPANS) delegationat Wisma Bapa Malaysia, on Friday.

The delegation was led by SPANS Chairman, Datu Kameri Affandi who officially began his duties on 1 August 2025.

The visit aimed to introduce three new SPANS members appointed this year, namely Datu Ismail Mohamad Hanis, Datu Lau Hieng Ung and Dr Ahi Sarok.

Apart from introducing the new leadership, the meeting also discussed plans to strengthen cooperation, roles and functions of SPANS in the future.

Also present were SPANS Deputy Chairman, Datu Antonio Kahti Galis, along with other SPANS members, namely Datu Jack Aman Luat, Dato Abdul Rahman Sebli Logo@Senusi and SPANS Secretary, Mohamad Lotfi Tuah.- UKASnews
