On the morning of 16 September, the Malaysia Day Run will be held, leading up to the main celebration at the Bintulu Old Airport site with an estimated 10,000 people expected to attend in the evening.

“This celebration will serve as a platform to showcase the development of Sarawak in the past, present and future.

“Focus will also be given to Bintulu as a new industrial cluster, which was announced at the World Economic Forum.
