KOTA SAMARAHAN: the Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) today launched two important documents, namely the Strategic Anti Bribery Plan Book and the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) Book, in an official ceremony that also saw the appointment of MPKS Child Council Members.
