KUCHING: Sarawak Premier, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Openg officiated the launch of George Y. Residence at Batu Lintang here, today.
 
The inauguration marks another significant milestone in the development of NAIM Kuching Paragon.
 
George Y. Residence is an exclusive residential project by Peranan Makmur Sdn Bhd, a collaboration between NAIM Land Sdn Bhd, the Sarawak State Mosque Welfare Trust Board (LAKMNS), and Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak.
 
The 13-storey building features 17 exclusive penthouse units and is strategically located near the SM12 Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) station and the growing commercial district.
 
The event also witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Gleneagles Hospital by IHH Healthcare Berhad within the NAIM Kuching Paragon area.
 
The hospital is expected to reinforce the area as a medical tourism hub, aligning with Sarawak’s vision to enhance healthcare access and urban development.
 
With modern amenities and excellent connectivity, George Y. Residence is poised to be a key contributor to the transformation of Batu Lintang’s landscape.
