BAU: The Bau Area Farmers’ Organisation Centre (PPKB) is set to establish a ‘Farmer’s Street’ soon.

This initiative follows the outcome of a briefing organised by the Bau Area Farmers’ Organisation Office, which agreed to revive a business platform for farmers in the area.

The briefing was chaired by Deputy Minister for Transport and Tasik Biru Assemblyman, Dato Henry Harry Jinep.

In line with this, PPKB will invite and identify agro-entrepreneurs in Bau District who are interested in selling their products.

The proposed operation date for ‘Farmer’s Street’ is February 2025, with the official launch scheduled for February 24, 2025.

Also present at the briefing were Acting Bau District Officer, Eddy Nayoi and General Manager of the State Farmers’ Organisation, Gom Raway. -UKASnews
