The SCS Digital Literacy Programme 2025 was officially launched on 1 July 2025 (Ref No.: JPS/UDPA/700-4/1/4 JLD.1 (60)). As of 31 December 2025, an overall completion rate of 98% was achieved, with approximately 19,000 ++ SCS personnel successfully completing the SCS Digital Literacy Programme 2025. This significant achievement reflects the strong commitment of SCS personnel towards enhancing digital competencies across the civil service. In addition, the successful implementation of the programme was further supported by exemplary digital leadership demonstrated by Heads of Department, who played a crucial role in ensuring the programme objectives were met.
Looking ahead to 2026, a Digital Literacy Assessment is scheduled to be conducted in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026. All SCS personnel will be required to complete the assessment in accordance with the stipulated requirements.
