KUCHING – The Sarawak Civil Service is entering a high-accountability phase of its digital journey with the commencement of the Thirteenth Malaysia Plan (RMKe-13). At today's engagement session for RMKe-13, Deputy State Secretary (Operation) YBhg. Datu Hii Chang Kee also serving as Chief Digital Officer of Sarawak Government, delivered a clear mandate: Digitalisation is no longer optional—it is a core requirement of of public-sector delivery.
