Mazu Temple, Kampung Muara Tebas
The consecration of the Mazu statue is an important religious tradition in Taoism, symbolising the continuation of divine blessings and the preservation of sacred heritage.
This solemn occasion marked the Consecration and Eye-Dotting Ceremony of the Mazu Statue, accompanied by prayers for peace, prosperity, harmony, and the well-being of our country.
The ceremony was conducted in full accordance with traditional ritual protocols, including the consecration and eye-dotting rites, the offering of incense, and formal worship ceremonies.
We are deeply honoured by the presence of YB Datuk Amar Prof. Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak. His gracious attendance added meaning and warmth to this significant religious event.
