KUCHING: Rizky Febian’s Kesempurnaan Cinta sealed the hearts of music lovers at the Kuching Jazz Festival 2024, making it an unforgettable night of soulful music.

The highly anticipated performance marked the Indonesian singer’s first-ever concert in Sarawak, drawing a massive crowd to the Kuching Waterfront Esplanade. 

As the stage was being set for the final act, the audience sang Hingga Tua Bersama together, chanting Rizky's name in excitement.

Throughout his performance, fans sang along to popular hits like Terlukis Indah, Cuek, Makna Cinta, and Mantra Cinta, filling the esplanade with energy and passion.

During his meet and greet before his show, Rizky expressed his hope that his wife, Mahalini, also a well-known Indonesian singer, could be invited to next year’s Kuching Jazz Festival. 

"Just pray that next year we can deliver an extraordinary performance.

"What matters most is how we can entertain the crowd, because it's always better when we're together," he said.

The second day of the festival also featured enthusiastic performances from performers like Improviser, Fazz, Sang Timur Band, Aruel & The Fasola, and Atilia Haron, adding to the festival’s dynamic lineup.

Despite heavy rain earlier in the day, dedicated fans did not let it dampen their spirits. 

Some were even seen dancing in the rain, fully immersed in the vibrant and catchy tunes of the festival.
