14/8/2025 – Through the strong collaboration of MUDeNR, MEESty, MOTS and related agencies including DVSS, a total of 62 new datasets have been successfully uploaded to the Sarawak Data Management System (SDMS), making them accessible and discoverable across all Sarawak Public Service agencies.
This achievement further strengthens the State Government’s efforts to accelerate digital transformation and expand data sharing among agencies. The uploaded datasets have the potential to support analysis, enhance planning quality, and drive innovation across multiple sectors.
Aligned with the Post-COVID-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030, this step not only improves data visibility but also opens up new opportunities for cross-agency collaboration, more accurate decision-making, and effective policy development.
The management extends its appreciation to all agencies involved for their strong commitment in making this initiative a success, further positioning Sarawak as a data-driven state by 2030.
